Return & Refund Policy

At Sultanaire, every timepiece is carefully prepared, whether it is custom-manufactured, features a customized dial, or is offered as a pre-owned piece. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and approved by the customer.

Pre-Shipment Approval
Before dispatch, we provide you with a detailed video of your watch. This allows you to thoroughly review the product. Once you approve the watch based on this video, we proceed with shipping. Approval confirms that you are fully satisfied with the product’s condition and appearance.

Damaged Items (Transit Issues Only)
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving the package.

  • Clear photos of the damaged watch must be provided as proof.

After verification, we will send the required replacement part(s) for the damaged component. Please note that we do not offer full replacements, returns, or refunds in such cases.
