Before shipping, you will receive a detailed video of your watch for approval. Once you approve the watch, the order is considered final. No changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after approval.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed on our store and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.
5. No Return & No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including manufactured, customized, or pre-owned watches. By placing an order, you fully agree to this condition.

Manufacturing time for standard watches is 7–10 days, with 10–15 days shipping.

Customized dial watches may take up to 30 days to manufacture, with 10–15 days shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
7. Customs & Duties

For manufactured and customized watches, Sultanaire handles all customs and duties.

For pre-owned watches, we arrange delivery and assist with customs; however, we are not responsible for any customs-related issues, delays, or complications.
8. Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately and provide clear photographic proof. After verification, we will send replacement parts for the damaged component only. No full replacements, returns, or refunds will be provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Sultanaire and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sultanaire shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
