We proudly offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Customs & Duties

  • For watches manufactured by us and customized dial orders, all customs and duties are fully handled by Sultanaire. You will not have to worry about any additional charges.

  • For pre-owned watches, we also arrange delivery and handle customs; however, in the event of any customs-related issues, delays, or complications, Sultanaire will not be held responsible.

Processing & Delivery Time

1. Manufactured Watches

  • Manufacturing Time: 7–10 days

  • Shipping Time: 10–15 days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 17–25 days

2. Customized Dial / Custom Watches

  • Manufacturing Time: Up to 30 days

  • Shipping Time: 10–15 days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 40–45 days
